Carrot Cake
All you need
1.4 eggs2 cups flour2 tsps. Baking Powder1 pinch salt3 cups grated carrots (fully packed)2 tsps. Ground Cinnamon1 tsp. Vanilla Powder1/4 cup butter
Directions
1.Preheat oven at 177oC (350°F1.]1.With electric mixer blend oil and sugar, add eggs and mix 2.Add the remaining of the cake ingredients gradually and mix for 1 minutes 3.Pour into 39-inch cake pan 4. Bake for 35 minutes 5. To prepare the Icing: Mix the butter and cream cheese together until smooth, add Icing Sugar gradually. 6.Mix until smooth 7.
