Ingredients:
Butter
2 tbsps.
sugar
6 slices
of Pineapple Slices with 45 ml syrup
Glazed
cherries
100g Corn
Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. bicarbonate soda
100g caster sugar
2 eggs
Instructions:
Place slices Pineapple in the
cake tin
Place glazed cherry in the center of each pineapple ring and in the spaces between the pineapple rings
In a food processor, mix flour Baking Powder, bicarbonate soda, butter,
caster sugar and eggs until batter is smooth
Add pineapple syrup to the batter
Pour the mixture over the pineapple rings gently
Bake for 30 minutes at 200°C (392°F)
